MARKETING EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Candidate preferably a male should be a Graduate with minimum experience in Liner Sales/Freight Forwarding in Shipping Trade.
- Should possess ability to visit Exporters / Importers / Customers / Freight Forwarders / Clearing Agents and generate business and achieve the set targets.
- Targeting the new clients and maintaining relations with the existing clients, should be capable of sending periodical sales reports.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- With minimum 1 year in the Shipping industry or Freshers also preferable good written and verbal English communication.
- Contacts with the Shipping Line – Marketing, Documentation, Operations, Vendors.
- Preparation of Bill of Lading, invoices.
- Generate sales leads.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs.
- Develop relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the marketing force.
- Receiving inquiries from the sales team and Negotiating rates with the shipping line (Export).
- Filling rates and placing a booking with shipping lines
- Giving rate quotes to customer inquiries .
- Hiring an only female candidate.
